Who we are
Our Lady of Muswell Lawn Tennis Club ("OLM LTC", "we", "us") operates this ladder management app to organise club competitions. We are the data controller for information collected through this service.
What data we collect
- Your name and email address (provided at registration)
- Match results and competition history you record in the app
- Login session data (stored in a secure session cookie)
How we use your data
- To manage your participation in OLM LTC ladder leagues and tournaments
- To send you match-related notifications and reminders by email
- To display standings and results to other club members
We rely on legitimate interests (running club competitions) and, where required, your consent for email communications.
Cookies
This app uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region) infrastructure. Email notifications are sent via Resend. Both processors are subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (you can do this from your account settings)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability

Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
